Roby flirts with a triple double last night in a 30 point loss. 15 points 9 rebounds 7 assists. Good to see one of the good guys having success.

Miles averaged a little over 2 wins a season. He had 3 wins 3 x, and 4 wins 1 x. Surprisingly, the 4 win total we were a road team in the NIT. And 1 and 0 the other 2 seasons.

15 - 58 in Big 10 road games, and 17 - 73 in true road games. 32 -89 away from home.

I think New Mexico is a much better fit, also. He's more of a coach to take a 4 - 14 conference team to a constant bubble team, than a constant bubble team to a constant tournament team.

Baby steps. Hold onto a big lead. Next step needs to be maintaining a big lead. And, finally extending the lead. We still have a winnable game left with Northwestern, and if we play well enough, Rutgers. Probably won't have Teddy very much this next week. Probably rest his wrist for Rutgers and Iowa, and let him go against Northwestern.

I don't know who was trying harder to give Minnesota the win. Us or the refs? We were not very smart down the stretch.

These refs starting to lose control of the game. Let the game be physical in the 1st half, and decided to call touch fouls in the 2nd half. One of my pet peeves. Call it consistently.

I was even madder that they gave him free throws until I saw him shoot free throws. He would fit right in with us.

Minnesota has 12 offensive rebounds but only 5 2nd chance points.

It's kind of hard when the defender leans into you as you try to avoid the charge.

We are ahead 2 despite 13 turnovers and getting outrebounded by 10 on the offensive glass. In fact, we have 18 total rebounds. Minnesota has 12 offensive rebounds. Take care of the ball and rebound we should win.

The refs were doing decent job until the charge call on Trey and the foul call on Banton. Trey does what Carr does when he drives and they swallow the whistle every time.
