Boy whomever set up this schedule deserves some credit.. Two cupcakes followed by a bit of a tester against rider. Then a get right game against a stony brook squad and then a decent pac 12 squad against Oregon St. followed by a real good Duquesne team. I feel like this schedule is allowing us to get our feet under us and get into rythm possibly as they play together more and more. It allows us some room to improve each game and hopefully keep winning. We shall see how the rest of this month goes but hopefully we are 7-0 going into that Creighton game.

Williams—does anyone else seem like he’s kind of disinterested out there.. just not much emotion from him. Acts like his dog just died. Lighten up and have some fun out there. Wilcher was huge tonight! He carried us that 1st half. Hopefully he can be a nice spark for us off the bench mast has really impressed me as well. Just with his ability to rebound. keep battling in there!

With our depth I would of preferred to redshirt Diop. He needs a year to develop but I realize players don't do that much anymore..

Totally agree with this!! When he came in first half it was 11-8 and then we went on a run….

I actually thinks this benefits us. can Come in next year are replace Boogie and give us a solid backup to Lawrence!

Id much rather get MSU early in year than later thats for sure!!

Good -Eli Rice--long athletic and can shoot -Hoiberg--really thought he was one of our better players on court that 1st half -Boogie--I liked his game and thought he didnt try to force things, really got us going in 2nd half -Wilcher--solid but need him to make his 3s Bad -kesei's injury good grief we cant catch a break. -3 point shooting overall needs to be better -Emotion-didnt see guys celebrating or high fiving like last year... Do they get along?? Just something I noticed

This should be a great test and tune-up to see where we are at as a team. Just wish it wasn't a closed damn scrimmage. Noticed Utah is 6 spots ahead of us in KenPom ratings. Will Reink play? Might make a difference with there tall physical lineup.

I remember that off season hoping Miles would pull someone in as a transfer or something.. I just knew our bench was awful and we needed any kind of depth he could get but it just never happened.. And then the injury happened and it showed just how bad our bench was..
