  1. Nebraska -84 MVS- 51 Non-con: 11 wins (I should also note: things often get busy for me, so if I go three or four games without predicting on HHCC, feel free to stop scoring me. Thanks for doing this!)
  2. Nebraska -63 Penn St. -58
  3. Nebraska - 59 Northwester - 58
  4. Nebraska -67 Cincinnati - 63
  5. Nebraska - 77 Incarnate Word - 63
  6. It's been mentioned a couple times here, but it deserves full notice: Both Petteway and Shields made 8 field goals tonight. The difference between the two players is that Shields did that in 13 shots, Petteway took 22 shots. That needs to change. I still think Petteway is an excellent player, but that needs to change. I really think that Shields, at this point, is by far our best player. When he got into foul trouble, our offense got stale. Even if he isn't making shots, his play is creating opportunities for others. The way FSU's defense collapsed on him (especially in the second half) limited his shots, but opened things up elsewhere. Anyway, good win on the road. Looking forward to beating Creighton on Sunday.

  9. Robin Washut ‏@RobinWashut 2m2 minutes ago With 21 first half points, Shavon Shields is on pace to tie Eric Piatkowski’s single-game school record of 42 in the 1994 Big 8 Tournament. 0 replies0 retweets1 favorReply Retweet Favorite1 More That's pretty sweet. His career high is 33, so look for that number, too.
  10. Nebraska has finally warmed up. Why do we keep having these cold starts? Should we change something in warmups? What do you even do about that, or is it just part of our identity?
  11. Dear Petteway, You are the man. We all know it. But can we please, please stop with the pull up three-pointer at the start of the shot clock? Great, thanks.
  12. Omaha is making some pretty impressive shots. We are playing ok defense, they are hitting some good shots, and we have been sloppy/non-attacking on the offensive end.
