It’s hard to come back after last night. Just the way the game played out, the time it ended, and UConn playing the way they are. Just a tough way to end the season.

I’ll tell you what. We’re going to have to score to win games the rest of the way. Bats need to wake up soon.

Anything can happen in a winner take all game. Get through these two today someway or somehow and see what happens.

Woke up and saw the sun was up in Oklahoma. Never fails that it always happens. New day. One thing about playing a DH is that we can really get on a roll in game 1 and move into game 2.

I know where I’m at mentally. My goodness. Fragile. Pitching is worrisome. Feel for Matt as he threw a hell of a game. Never fun to take an elevator up 7 floors in a parking garage with a guy who is wearing orange and says “I’ll try not to rub it in too much but it’ll be hard.”

Long walk back to the car. Long ride home. I just can’t. Mentally, I don’t know where we are at against UConn tomorrow. That’s tough to come back in 12 hours.

For those that are planning on going... Moore and Norman are a quick 15-30 minute drive (or Uber) from the ballpark and would mean a LOT cheaper hotel room. Brick town hire prices have skyrocketed today after the announcement.

Thats what one of their posters thought. The other post I saw said to keep it the same as last week and save their (OSU) ace for day 2. There were multiple posts I saw that were a little worried about Husker fans traveling. One good (or bad) thing for us might be that OSU is playing in WCWS for softball in OKC this weekend too. If they play at same time... could be a split crowd between softball and baseball. However, it could also mean more OSU fans make the trip down.

OSU isn’t too worried about us. They “love” their regional draw from the tweets and message board posts that I have seen. Harvard ace is actually projected in Top 150 of draft I believe. Be nice to get Harvard in round 2 winners...
