Lee Barfknecht has an interesting article today in the Omaha World Herald.

 

Here is the full quote for the title of this thread above: “This is a different breed of cat coming in,” [Miles] said. “It’s a different level of player than the previous years’ freshmen.”

 

Also:

“I recruited these young guys to get them on the floor,” [Miles] said. “They’ve got a high level of experience on the AAU circuit. These guys have played against some of the best competition night in and night out.”

 

And:

“I don’t think anybody liked the body language of our team the last year or year and a half,” [Miles] said. “We had such a huge winning streak at the end of 2014 that people didn’t realize it.  But our problems were our problems the whole time."
