This is a huskerhoops board and we don't talk about Creighton. But, I just read an article on ESPN about the seven Catholic schools in the Big East starting their own conference and it mentioned Crieghton as a possible addition to this mythical conference. If this conference becomes reality do you think Crieghton would jump ship?

They do it in major cities around the nation.

Like in New York that league is often times better than the public school leagues, or least they used to be.

From what I've heard, those schools are leaving Big East and pairing up with some schools from A-10 to form basketball only conference. It doesn't appear Creighton is much in play right now but I have to believe they would do everything they can to get in on this. Not much challenge in the MVC when you always finish in the top 4 each year.

This intrigues me. If Crieghton does jump to this about-to-be-formed league does it make scheduling some of these teams for us easier? I would like to see games with any of the teams listed in this article. Only in Lincoln of course.
