If there's one thing I know, it's that Marist and Delaware State are useless. Oh well... -

http://journalstar.com/sports/huskers/husker-extra-podcast-nebrasketball-s-evolution-and-the-early-fight/article_59ec8f5f-8a95-52cb-8151-89ca05caa18b.html “You can’t punish a team for being part of a conference that isn’t having the best year,” Crispin said. “Now, I think our conference is as competitive as ever, but in terms of an RPI and strength of schedule and all that stuff we seem to value when it comes to the NCAA Tournament, it’s just not there. “I would hate to see Nebraska punished because of that because this is a really good basketball team that not only should be in the NCAA Tournament, if they get there will be pretty dangerous.” “Penn State and Nebraska are two of the top three talented teams in the conference, which no one says enough,” Crispin said. “I think Michigan State probably is the best, but right behind is Nebraska and Penn State. Their starting lineups are as talented as anybody in the conference.” -

Well this is slightly inaccurate... https://www.landof10.com/nebraska/nebraska-cornhuskers-ncaa-tournament-2018-basketball-march-madness "It’s not their fault the league sucks, but if the league didn’t suck, they wouldn’t be winning so many games, too.” -

His opinion goes a long ways. Just as Pomeroy's does. Let's just hope the committee can muffle out the noise. -

For some reason, I think that Boise State's loss won't hit them too hard. Similar to that of Providence. We've got more work to do. -

Yeah that's what I'm thinking too. But they did say quarterfinals. That wasn't typed in error. -

"They're winning the games they have to. They're also winning road games. And these things matter." "If they had just beaten Kansas... they're in." "If Nebraska can hold on and win out, I think they'll be in." "Look at the eye test. They look like an NCAA tournament team. They can be dangerous. But do they have the resume? They're 0-6 in the top quadrant." "Getting the double bye is critical, because that almost guarantees a higher caliber team." "(Penn State) A win at Ohio State might be enough to get themselves in." -

"You're going to need Penn State and Nebraska to make it to the quarterfinals and then they're going to sweep in 6 teams into the tournament." -

Kentucky is on a 4-game losing streak now. Calipari hadn't had a 3-game losing streak with Kentucky his entire career until this season. -

The Indiana/Illinois BTN postgame is talking about how the Big Ten has a chance to get 6 teams into the tournament. Stating that there cannot be any surprises in the Big Ten tournament. Meaning that the favored teams win. Seems like a stretch to me. -

That's gotta be REALLY expensive to rip out all those seats! Oh well. All for the cause.
