Sans about five minutes of the game

I took this out of Dave's report card for Iowa and it is where we are with this group right now. And, you know, that's not a terrible thing. But if you look at our losses so far, they are exactly that. 

 

UMass -- that was just a weird game.

UAB -- a couple of short runs.

Creighton -- awful start. 

Cincy -- little spurt in first half of about 2 minutes and one about the same in the second half.

Iowa -- 22-16 lead turns sour last few minutes of first half. 

 

So, in my opinion, that's what we have to fix, but the how isn't so bad but it might not be this year. You fix it with: experience, better players and just learning to win. Once our experience catches up to our talent, we could be a decent team down the stretch. And, I hope we find some way to get these kids some games after the Big Ten tournament.
