Last year my issue with the team was a lack of toughness.  There were a number of instances where we figuratively or literally got hit in the nose and then tended to back down. In fairness, it may have been the result of the disappearance of a player or two early in the year, and the injuries to Sam and Allison.  

 

BUT, this year's team found the grit and toughness.  I am very happy with that improvement.  Maybe that is coaching.  Maybe it is leadership.  Maybe it is maturity.  It doesn't necessarily matter; what matters is that we now seem to have it.
