There’s another angle that looks like he didn’t.  Honestly, the fact that there was no reaction from the cheerleader and no immediate social media reaction from the supposed parties tells me it’s probably not what it looks like.

 

However, the cheerleader hasn’t made a “it didn’t happen” statement either yet so who knows?
