After taking a quick tour of this kid's twitter, my guess is he's looking as much at reclassifying to 2019 and spending a year at a place like IMG Academy as he is looking at colleges.  And, who knows, maybe he does have the game.  Or maybe he just knows how to game the system to score some unofficial visits to some pretty good basketball schools.

Seems like this is Ryan Murphy 2.0 (the basketball kid from Calabasas) except instead of being friends with a bunch of football recruits this guy is friends with a bunch of basketball recruits, specifically Adidas guys. He's a fringe guy who might land you someone higher profile. I would suspect the scouting guys would put out pieces on him in order to get access to those guys as well.
