I know there are X's and O's guys here that know a hell of a lot more than this court jester does about basketball. But it seems to me, that the defense the Huskers are running seems to get better as the season progresses. If it's true not many teams run up against it, does that not bode well for the Huskers?

I'm going to punt on the final conclusion until the next 3 games are in the bag. Here's what I'll say today: as far as what every team player wise and coaching staff has returning next year, we are top 3-4, right now . Depending on what happens the rest of this season with both the Huskers and the rest of the conference, the needle will probably move one way or the other. I agree with most on this board: we're top quarter, for sure. I could care less about coach of the year awards. It means nothing.

Well, it's a good thing we don't play again till Thursday. I'm assuming this shit gets straightened out. Like now. You guys mess this season up for the people who have waited decades for this, they'll be hell to pay.
