I've been a huge Morrow fan for years. I just think it's hard to expect him to have big numbers as a true frosh. Yes, he is Johnny on the spot and hustles but this is a different game than what even he played at Simeon. I don't think he blows by as many people for dunks. I also think he is a great rebounder but he wasn't going against a guy like Hammonds while at Simeon. I think by next year he could be a double double guy. I think he is a 6-8 pts 6-8 rebounds a game guy now.

This site does really good stats. Per 40 min Rivers was a 7 and 7 guy.

I think the adjustment is tough, even for the best recruits.

If Ed Morrow can average 8 ppg & 8 rpg or even 6 ppg & 6 rpg (as in 'actual' production, not projected or based on 40min), the entirety of Nebrasketball will greatly benefit by having EM on the court as much as possible.

Defense can not underestimated in this matchup; I think EM has the physical tools that Rivers lacked 'til he was an upperclassmen (Jr/Sr).
