I assume traffic on this thread will be really light, tonight. I'll be cooking, so I'll post when I can. It will be interesting to see how the Huskers play tonight. They won't come out flat like they did against UNO, so maybe they'll jump out to a decent lead.

I hope you get it. I grew up in an era where the Huskers were only on TV 3 or 4 times a season. I don't mind listening on the radio even though Kent frustrates me to no end......

Everyone understands the train could go off the tracks at any moment, so, to me, it makes every win enjoyable. We're actually favored to get win number 4 tonight. I both agree and disagree. Going east was really the only choice Delany had for schools 13&14. The two schools he picked added a buttload of TV sets. Now, adding two East Coast teams, or 1 East Coast and 1 midwest program is a lot easier to do. Delany definately put the conference in a very good position. Don't think the Pac 12 won't go back into the big12 if they want to. Texas looks out for themselves (I got no beef with that) first and foremost. The Longhorns will go west in a heartbeat if they have to, and the Pac 12 will take Texas regardless of any hard feelings from a couple years ago. I think the big12 is less stable today than what everyone thought they were just a week ago. Finally, KU would be a nice addition to the B1G. Their football program has along way to go, but so does a certain basketball program that already is a member of the B1G.

If the B1G were to add North Carolina and Kansas, that would be a pretty sweet basketball league. God help Tim Miles.
