Khadeem is probably rated lower than he could be had he decided to stay in the US.  His mom played in europe and suggested he spend a year abroad and play for a pro team over there and not get paid but to get better.  Needless to say his rankings before and after are way different.  He was #21 before the move last year.  Not sure how much it will hurt him as it looks like he is still getting good looks.
