There have been guys like Keith Neubert, Wilson Thomas, Matt Davison, Noah Vedral*, and Brant Banks* (*=1 game) who have played both football and basketball for the Big Red. Another one could have the ability to do it, that is, if Hoiberg were in a pinch with the roster again:
