As most have said Shavon is going to be a stud for us this year, and the next two. The future is bright. I won't be upset with Fuller redshirting. The extra year to get used to the speed, get stronger and quicker will serve him well. We already know he can shoot. Bon Jovi - needs to go away. Boring. That song will not fire up anyone, let alone 18-22 year old kids. Tai - Smooth, appeared to be very cool and calm. Pre-game and in game music - loud. My 13 year old son approved. UNL needs to keep it up. Tommy Lee - interesting. I would have rather seen him playing on the drum line during player intros Concessions - such a small detail, but I really miss the Nebraska souvenir cups!

I flew from Minneapolis to Lincoln tonight, and the FGCU team was on my flight. As we de-planed in LNK a lot of people (myself included) were chatting with them & welcoming them to Nebraska. Common themes were that they have heard a lot about the arena and are excited to play in it. Most all of them also commented on the weather, they were cold just stepping off the plane. Up close, they looked like a pretty tall and lean team. On a side note, another interesting passenger on the same flight was Tommy Lee. I'm sure they are un-related, but the thought did cross my mind that it would be cool to see him on the drumline to open the new arena...he could relive his reality TV show glory days here in Lincoln.

i agree. lots of talent there. he'll be a good one before it's all done. I agree...every year he's going to continue to develop, in 2-3 more years he could be a major stud on this team.
