Now that Biggs is on probation, what does Miles do?

http://www.omaha.com/article/20130411/HUSKERS/704119836/1707 Today Biggs got a routine type of sentence for a first offense DUI from Judge Marcuzzo in Douglas County. Coach Miles earlier said he was letting the legal process work out before he disciplined Deverell. So now what follows? If it was me he would just have some extreme internal discipline very apparent to the team, but not very visible to outsiders..(not the loss of games/playing time etc.) But coaches have to worry about not only this incident but what may happen in the future. How should this be handled?
