So does a General Athletic donation that is paid for football tickets help me out if I’m trying to get tickets? Or will I be behind because I have donor points but not basketball points?

Just curious if anyone has info on season tickets. Currently have pretty good tickets for football so donation points have been building up for a few years but never been a basketball ticket holder. About 3 hours away so never made sense to get basketball tickets for so many games. That’s changed with this hire. How hard will it be to get 2 season tickets for next year? Put my name in for wait list. Any chance or are they most likely already spoken for?

No. It would be like Scott going to the NFL and failing and then going to Iowa state to be their football coach while we are stuck with a guy taking us to the Alamo and outback bowl every year after Scott had just missed taking us to the college football playoff because Adrian Martinez broke his foot in the B1G championship game. I understand their feelings a little. It would be sad to see you beloved player/coach go somewhere else and be stuck with a mediocre guy that isn’t half the coach your ex was.

Too early to tell without seeing what players he can get right away or which ones are available next year. I’m just saying this team will look completely different in not only name but in skill set

Very true. I hope everyone enjoys and appreciates what Nebraska athletics is about to become. This doesn’t happen everyday

Our roster will need an overhaul. Fred expects to have shooters at every position. Not sure we have one you could call a shooter right now. Maybe Thomas? I do think Amir will be a nice piece in his offense though. Shooters create space for slashers like him

What does that have to do with me coming on here a month ago telling you Fred was interested and possibly going to be our coach? My comment was a little tongue in cheek, but some of you guys just can’t let someone know more than you.
