i know Hake has had her share of criticism, but, geez.........i like her grit. her 3 pointers aren't bad either don't remember which game it was, but, i was impressed at least she would attempt to drive to the basket where the other guards were tentative. anyway, big kudos to Callin Hake!

the portal is what it is.................however, i will go on record saying it absolutely sucks a student athlete can transfer during the season (and, technically, it is mid-season for MM being on bb schollie). let me also add that she is far from the first one to do this. there are a number of examples, so i am not trying to just dump on MM at all. needs to be a number of improvements with this transfer portal.

that first quarter was just a buzzkill for Wilmington. they pretty much knew it was already over. they settled in just a bit later in the game---played a little better, but, no---they are not very good right now. uhhhh.........no, i don't think MM will come close to being a "BC" i just don't see that in Maggie. now, not saying she can't be a very good rebounder. just don't see that "BC" in her personality.

watched that one also. no doubt Penn St looks improved.
