Coming into the season, I thought it would be very hard to replace Talley. He controlled the end of games last season when needed pts. I wasn't sure we had that option on this team. Webster should be able to more than handle himself and will bring a little more with the pass option too. We should be as good as last year and hopefully can pick up a few more games. I hope the one big away won't haunt us in the games against the real good teams. Smith is really going to be needed to rebound well if Pitchford is hanging out in 3 pt land. I'd really like to see some post action with Pitchford, but I don't think that is him game. Hopefully Smith has some game there. I'm really looking forward to what Biggs can bring to the table too. If he can exceed expectations, we may be in for a special season.

Assuming 20 home games, here are the prices: 100 level - $18 /game ($360 / seat for the season) 200 level - $11 / game ($220 / seat for the season) 300 level - $5 / game ($100 / seat for the season) Donation 300 level. None 200 level. Add $50 donation if you want to be even with the court. There are 200 level seats with no donation. 100 level. $50 is the cheapest behind the baskets. Cheapest total price per ticket. 100 level $410 per seat 200 level $220 per seat 300 level $100 per seat There may be some sort of minor fee on top of these.

It's interesting that a lot of people have the same excuses as me (kids and late tip off times). I thought it was only me. I found it was much easier to follow the team when there were no kids and two disposable incomes. It's all about priorities. I think I ended up getting to about 8 games this year. Pretty good, but that number has been decreasing every year the past few years and I even live in Lincoln. Here's to weekend afternoon noon games and that we get good enough that our games are on CBS.

The sports talk on 1480 last night on the ride home was about rumors of NC joining the Big 10. I haven't seen it discussed much on this board. I'm not around as much as in the past, but was curious what the odds of this happening are. Last night most of the talk was about the Big 10 only being concerned about TVs and going further south. What is the latest talk about the next two teams to join? My kids have been keeping me too busy to pay that much attention. Glad the Iowa game got moved to the weekend so I can take my daughter. Please don't be too pissed off at me if I leave at the 4 minute mark. I can only keep her interested so long with the popcorn and cookie. Hopefully some more afternoon weekend games make it to the schedule in the future. It's much more kid friendly.

I watch the one on Tim Richmond today. Some of these make me feel like I have lived in a cave as I had no idea about his story. This is another must watch in my opinoin. I couldn't find the one on Kansas Basketball on Netflix. Maybe it is a more recent one that has not made it to Netflix yet. I forgot about Pony Express that was really good too. Don't waste your time on the beginings of fantasy baseball. It is filmed much different than the others as it doesn't so much footage from the times. It is recreated and is very lame. I've invested 20 minutes in this one and it is by far the worst one.
