For those with ESPN+, James Palmer Jr is playing right now with the Agua Caliente Clippers doing JPJ things. It's fun to watch him play.

Not to defend anyone's position here but let's look at a few facts: 1). There's no guarantee we'll be returning all of the starters, in fact, chances are good we won't be 2). Even if they all returned...that's a group of returning players who are currently 5-14 (1-11). Not exactly the '96 Bulls 3). 5* freshmen aren't always a stone cold lock guarantee to pan out But yeah, I think it should be reasonable to at least have hope that these guys can make it to a .500 or better finish next year.

Just add a script Huskers logo to it.

In watching leagues that are playing whole schedules of back to back games (MVC, Summit) I've noticed that usually game two outcomes are significantly different than the first. FWIW

I'm pretty sure several babies were conceived by that dunk alone

Attendance: 245 I see the halo effect from last season's better than expected record has really boosted attendance this year! -
Seems like someone is forgetting the lesson coach Dale taught us at Hinkle Fieldhouse.

It's been a long time, but I figured since we won yesterday it might be fun to do an update and see where things have changed over the past 6 weeks. Biggest change is Michigan State. Woof. Here is today's KenPom update: KenPom rankings as of 2-15-21 ========================= B1G (1-9): 3. Michigan - L 4. Iowa 5. Illinois - L 7. Ohio State - L 13. Wisconsin - L, L 22. Purdue 26. I'm still holding out hope that he'll eventually go back home to UConn. -

Penn State is about the furthest thing from an *actual* quad 1 team as you can be though. Kind of like we were in February a couple years ago. Their coach is in way over his head in the Big Ten and him getting the interim tag lifted after this season seems like a massive long shot. My fear is that they will actually make a smart hire this time around and take Beilein off the open market (or make an even smarter move and hire Porter Moser), but gauging their feelings about their AD, that doesn't sound all that likely. Probably get some mid-major flavor of the month from the North -

I love how we're now declaring players complete busts before they even set foot on campus. Seems like the best way to build a winning culture.

I never watched it at all. It wasn't until I left for work this morning that I even knew who won the game. You're probably a better fan than I am at the moment. -
Would have been nice to be able to keep Allen around, but he was gonzo as soon as Kenya left for UConn. No way we would have been able to keep him in Lincoln.
