I’ve been talking to people & reading some things, looks like we’re already in the last 4 OUT for next season...

We're gonna lose at Michigan by 15 points or more, but we're gonna go 15-of-20 from the FT line. It's the #Nebrasketball way.

I hate to tell you but there are a minimum of 3 games left this season so you're better off burying your head in the sand for roughly another week and a half and then coming up for air say around next Thursday morning!
 
Was anyone at the game yesterday and can anyone confirm that campus security ushered all of the women and children out at halftime?

Tony Farmer was pretty darn good

This might sound REALLY stupid, but two of the best ways to learn how to shoot free throws is playing Pop-a-Shot, or on a Nerf hoop. It requires a deft touch on those little rims, & it’s the same muscle memory over & over & over again...

Towards the end of the game fans in our section where wondering if we could just opt to take the ball out of bounds instead of shooting FT's.
Almost ever single missed free throw was to the left, which coincidentally  was where the player was lined up. Take a half step to the right and those are made FT's.
In high school I volunteered to help out with girls varsity basketball practice. Our job was to be physical in scrimmages. The coach as a pressure move would, at the end of practice, have the whole team running lines except for one girl who would shoot FT's with guys lined up verbally district the shooter. She had to make 7  out 10 before the rest of the team could stop running. lines. That team never shot worse than 75% in a game.

Seven random thoughts:
 
1)  We beat Iowa, think how crappy they still must feel about that.
 
2)  No one has asked the question just how bad at basketball is Northwestern?  Ok, so they beat us.  Who cares.  We set the modern day record for free throw misery, turned the ball over 21 times, missed 20 shots within 3 feet and still almost beat them. I am sorry, but Northwestern is awful at basketball and if there was ever a game to give a loss to each team, this would be it.
 
3). We beat Iowa.  That should drop them to a five seed in the NIT.
 
4). I would have killed for an 8 out of 30 success rate with the women in high school.  
 
5). We beat Iowa.  I hope Fran still loses sleep over it.
 
6). One well timed 11 game winning streak at the end of the season and we are National Champions.
 
7). We beat Iowa, they suck.
 

Just warning you, if you happen to be funny looking, people might think you're on the Iowa roster...

This one “woke up the echoes” for me of Donnie Boyce, Shaun Vandiver & Billy Law,  when we slugged it out with Colorado for that 7/8 seed in the Big 8 Tournament... On to Michigan!

How could you mention that CU team without also mentioning Rodell Guest?  He's the only one that had a nickname.

The talk of Mack being a one and done was always baffling. After today, it’s downright laughable. 

When we didn’t get a shot up @ the end of regulation I knew it was over...

Basketball God #1 - Hey, fellas, I'm all out of ideas of how to screw with Nebraska basketball. I think it's time to let them go ahead and win. Basketball God #2 - Me too. Torturing them over the years has been fun, but this season has drained me. I just cannot think of a new creative way for them to lose, especially at home to a team as bad as Northwestern. Basketball God in charge of free throws - Hold my beer.
