I am 98% confident that there would be no such domestic ban to ever occur. And even more so, the infrastructure to force testing at borders or airports is not in place for that to even be a plan you can roll out. So I am not worried one bit about that. But international... many professional teams in Canada have been partnering with US teams to be able to stay within the US border and play, since Canada has stricter rules in place.

All I read was "WE'RE GOING TO THE SWEET 16!!!"

You can be an above average team, going 13-5 in conference play and 22 wins on the season, then being told you really haven't proved anything because "the conference is down this year."

It's like Hoiberg was talking directly to us (sans the "you never complained once" part...).

Losing streaks are the worst celebration...

Technically, we only won 1 conference game in the 2020 calendar year. So we're on pace!

That's all my expectations were this season. That's literally it. The only glimmer of optimism I had pre-COVID break was Michigan. Bleak bleak outlook going into the next season. poat-COVID break, there's been more hints of improvement that I was waiting to see all season long.

I don't doubt this one bit. As I've said before, we were in the Michigan State and Wisconsin games somewhat late into the game. And that wasn't because of our offense, it was our defense (and their lack of scoring). Throw in Illinois and Penn State, and you can definitely see that we've been focused on the defense end of the ball. Difference between MSU/Wisc and Ill/PSU? Making shots.

Don't. Even.

Penn State is a Quad 1 team and their fans are already calling for a new coach.
