I hate to dwell on this, but he really F'd this team. 99% of getting a dub or two in the tournament is matchup. I highly doubt we get A&M if Trev doesn't do what he did. NW the past two seasons get overrated, ice cold, mid majors. We get a P5 team with a top 10 ceiling, playing their best ball.  So thanks Trev, parting gift of a lifetime.

The video of two of our guys literally playing grab ass (nuts), down 5 runs wasn’t encouraging. Starting to feel a little bubbly when it comes to the NCAAs, hope they pull out of the funk.

What? Absolutely not. I don’t think expectations should be hosting. Don’t think we’re in line to host in my honest opinion, and with our schedule it’ll be tough/almost impossible to get there. I think making the tournament this year is the expectation and would be more than happy with that. 

I hope Kalk is gone. My opinion is he’s the sole reason they were able to make the jump from 1st weekend team to final 4 contender. 7’2, elite defensively, skilled offensively. Maybe 2 other teams have one of those unicorns and they played last night. I want him gone.

This is exactly what I’ve been saying. People overreact to the last thing that happened. Suddenly we aren’t good enough to win a tournament game because we lost one game? Yeah, they beat us off the dribble and on the glass. Despite that we’d still have been in that game if they didn’t go uncharacteristically nuclear from three.
 
Also when you’re not a top five team, you’re going to have some weaknesses. Our weakness was handling extreme athleticism. Sure, in a perfect world you want to fix that weakness… but at what cost? If it takes away our strengths is it worth it?
