who are we seriously in the running for(this isn’t me questioning, just saying it out loud to try and track the portal) We need another big man ( Hugeley, Kyle, Payne?, are we hoping the other two will wait til The end of the month til Kyle makes a decision?) Can the millic kid play wing/guard wings and than for PG? The Bradley kid or the other transfer from Utah, is that basically all? It’s hard to keep track!

I gotta say of his options, Michigan State can hide his defiances the best, they always have a slower footed shooter that succeeds, because they 1, 4,5 are just straight dawgs on defense most years. I think he’ll really struggle at Wisky, and Creighton could be his second best option as they always seems succed with his type of play, but they just aim to outscore any one in Big East,

I have zero inside info, but Kyle looks like he’s wanting something bigger, and Fidler seems like its east omaha, or a reunion with chucky. Idk im hoping wrong, but I feel likes it’s the Sallis deal all over again

I hope I’m wrong, but I don’t think we’re getting either of Kyle or Fidler, Kyle wants to take a visit to Wake Forest, and Fidler im guessing goes to either the evil empire (flying blue-rats) or the first order (wiscansin). I was hopeful but the vibes are off. I hope we can get the Rutgers transfer, and than figure it out from there.

Agreed, to me he almost a must get because he upgrades that Allick role, and allows Mast ( if he returns) to be hidden on defense a little bit, and maximize energy on gang rebounding and offense, and than when we got small with (Gary also assuming he returns) that offense is even scarier, this would be a fantastic get

William Kyle III of So Dak St in the portal… him, fiddler, and if the basketball gods are nice to us Hepburn solve a lot of our issues next season and being three homegrown talent home l wouldn’t mind that at all. Add in another 6-8 to 7 foot guy for depth

I think rice is gna make a big jump, and ik he had some defensive lapses and he had minimal playing time but Diop had some nice moments and I would mind him getting some run. But I areee we need a big, another athletic big 6’8 to 6’10

I noticed around the under 5 mark in the 1st half , there was a possession that Keisei was doing his curry impression with Brice wide open at the 3 off the elbow and Brice just shook his head, like he knew no matter what KT is putting it up. Than after that Sota put up back to back points on KT and Gary was kinda yelling at this direction. have we ever hit on the mid season transfer? I get the rational behind it, and I would prefer that over taking some last minute HS kid that we have done for the last few years, but I’d much rather taking another transfer of the select crowd still out there

Optimistic about football program, staff they brought seems top notch, but Raiola needs to bring it, if the oline is as embarrassing has it has been than literally none of it matters, he needs to get 5 studs that enjoy violence. I’m hoping for 8 wins, be happy with 6, I expect 4 or less and than the real fun will begin. Basketball program I have literally no idea, i didn’t like the firing of Miles, but i liked the idea of Hoiberg, just like I liked the idea of Frost, up- tempo ball in the big ten is a definite zig to the normal zag, but it just hasn’t worked and the churn of players prevents me from literally knowing anything about the program. I like the identity he’s built this off-season, but has @basketballjones and @Norm Petersonhas said if the style doesn’t change it might be the ugliest season yet and that’s saying something. If we can pull it together and even finish in the middle half of the big ten 6-8 range I’d be thrilled

OKC is using him a lot as a Point-Forward for the first time this season, so that could explain why the increase in turnovers. At one point i think they had him, at Point with Poku (skinny kid they picked up) and other fowards that are non ball handlers.
