These were awesome and I was a glad to be a part of it. Only missed 1 home game all season, including non conference and holiday break games and that game that wasn’t a part of the season ticket package. It was impossible for me to make it, but the one home game I missed was….Creighton.

Boogie - leadership off the court and how you conduct yourself as a teammate will serve you well in the future

Allick - I will always advocate for a future Allick/role on the team. He is a warrior that plays with state pride and brought a lot of toughness

    KT -
my ATF Husker basketball player - for more reasons than I want to go into right now. Let’s just leave it at…he helped change our program.

If Rick is looking for lateral defensive quickness I’m not sure CJ will be his first call though and I love CJ.

And yes Rutgers scares me too.  They type of basketball they play just seems to travel well.  I know it was Michigan but dang they looked good last night.  It will be a rock fight I know that, hopefully our crowd can be the difference.

If we win tonight and against Rutgers, I'm not going to worry about whether we're in or not.

Then I'll focus all my worrying on what seed we get.

There's a part of me -- the Husker Hoops PTSD part -- that worries we won't bring our "A" game tonight and that we'll somehow manage to sneak into the NIT. As a 5-seed. For a road game. Please, just win this one tonight so I can rest easy.

I’m not sure how they keep winning with so many injuries and the lack of depth but they do. Props to Collin’s and Booie

    This year:

    21 points, 9 reb, 2 assists, 2.3 blocks, 51 % FG, 40% from 3, 73% FT.

I did not realize he is that good of a 3 point shooter.

Would assume that if Purdue remains a 1 seed that they'll end up in Indianapolis. If we end up a 8-9 seed, we're not going to be put in a pod with another B1G team unless we somehow end up with 4 schools in the 8-9 area.

We got some guys going wherever as well so this is some of the decisions We are facing as well....

1.)  We are still debating on this as we arent sure if we say buy them on ticketmaster can you then sell them back on ticketmaster after the sites are announed??  We need up to 8 possible tickets so that is a huge risk as we would want lower bowl tickets.  Have thought about possibly having some tickets selected as selection show is going so we have them secured right as its announced but maybe website closes down during show...

Another factor is if we are an 8 or 9 seed we more than likely wont be in omaha..  Unless Kansas/Iowa St. should climb to a 1.

2.) My thoughts are if Iowa St. And Kansas both end up in omaha prices will go up!  If not they might stay the same.  I would say chances of going up are better than decreasing though.

    3.)  All 3 sessions

    4.)  Not Sure

    5.) Not Sure

6.)  We are waiting on flights

7.)  We got hotels on expedia that we can cancel after selection show.

8.)  Tell them they need to commit soon to get things lined up.  Im expecting prolly close to $2,000 person unless we are in omaha.

Just one story to show what an honor it was to know Josiah's stepfather:  In the fall of 1990 the papers all ran a story about Tom Osborne talking about the starting nose guard, Pat Englebert, and how he had great feet.  A couple days later, Bill, Pat and I are sitting around waiting for some engineering class to start, and Bill points down to Pat's shoes and says, "Kevin! Look at those feet!"  Maybe you had to be there but it was genuinely hilarious.

One of the last times I ever saw him, after I hadn't ran into him for a few years, he introduced me to his new wife (Josiah's mom) and said, "She's the greatest thing that ever happened to me."

If it's more than 2 teams tied, you look at the round robin record of all the tied teams and rank them. The second-level tie-break is who had the best record against the top team, Purdue, which would be us.

Wisconsin would win the tie-break of that 4-team group because they swept Michigan State, split with us, and beat Northwestern. We go next no matter what happens between Northwestern and Michigan State on March 6 because we have 3 wins among that group, Michigan State currently has none, and Northwestern, if they beat Michigan State on March 6, only just gets to 3 wins in that group, and the next level tie-breaker is who has the best record against Purdue, and we're 1-0. So that's us.

    This ^^^100% this^^^.
I was concerned about his play earlier this season in games where play was more physical.
He’s been a key component during this 4 game winning streak, especially on the boards.

Speaking of our defense we seem to be just a step quicker on our close outs. Fewer opponent wide open 3’s. Overall just better team defense. Things are starting to gel at just the right time.

Others have said it, the OSU game feels like we are playing with house money.
For once the conference schedule has worked in our advantage.

Minny had a lot to play for and we shut them down, especially their bigs. That was surprising to me.
