Below are Trey McGowens numbers with Teddy on the court followed by his numbers without Teddy.  These are numbers vs top 100 teams though they look similar when I run them from vs all competition.
 

 
Statistically I can make an argument that McGowens played better when Teddy wasn't out there that I suspect someone could back up with game tape. I would assume that with Teddy out there, McGowens had more of a feeling that when he passed the ball it wasn't coming back to him and the assist% difference seems to indicate that.  Seemed like that all came to a head when they couldn't get off a last second shot in part because Trey didn't want to pass Teddy the ball.
 
On the flip side Banton's numbers were better with Teddy on the floor and I'd assume it was because Banton didn't feel pressure to be a scorer or find himself with the ball as much with time running down on the shot clock.
 
I guess to summarize Teddy didn't seem to make most players better scorers as much as he masked poorer scoring players.  It would seem we've replaced most of these poorer shooters with better ones.  For the most part I think this group will share the ball more even accounting for Verge overshooting because Verge can also set up teammates with passes, something that Teddy didn't excel at.

You focus on his downfalls but don’t give any light to the money he gives to his community where he turned an abandoned school into a community center to help keep kids off the street and get jobs for adults and the amount of money he donates to charity to help people that suffer from PTSD and mental health. Plus the amount of stuff he donated to prisons during the pandemic to help all workers for cleaning supplies and masks etc. 

I liked the season ticket card. The  jump to digital isn’t a big one from there. We went to a handful of mlb games this summer and they were all digital and it wasn’t an issue. I do like having the physical keepsake, tho.

I believe what he meant is we haven't seen anyone on the current roster play (except Jace) as fans in the stands.

Sweet 16 is where they are on my schedule. 

Having 3 senior point guards is probably the most underrated part of this pickup.  Between Kobe, Trey, and Alonzo there will always be a reliable dude running point who can take care of the ball and get a bucket.

I mean is he really a JUCO guard anymore, if he's literally played 2 full seasons of power 5 ball? Seems like it takes away the 'can he play at this level' factor...

Here is how I see it.  Win 1-2 of the toss up and hard games and you'll be sitting pretty come conference season.  CAN'T lose any of the probable games though.

You’ll have to show me where all these pissed off miles fans are because other than people wishing him good luck at his new job he hasn’t been mentioned on this board as people wanting him back and hoiberg gone.  And I don’t see how giving your coach one last season with his guys to show something and said coach underachieves and is canned is a crappy way of going about it.  It would have been far more crappy if he came in and fired him right away and guys transferred and we had some random coach instead of the guy everyone wanted.  That part makes zero sense to me, I’m sorry.  He handled it as professionally as any other AD would have and I don’t think many would have even given miles the cushion that he got.  

Sure they are compensated by the university (by the choice of the university), but that doesn't mean they shouldn't be able to get paid from an outside source because they might be able to move product.
 
If an architecture student gets a full ride from the university, should they not be able to get paid to help someone design a building on the side? Should they not be able to get paid for having a successful YouTube channel? Should a Regents Scholar in the college of business not be able to work with a local ad agency and make a commercial or two while getting paid?

Heard Sipple on the radio today - he said Bryce is "raising eyebrows" among the coaches already. Pure shooting stroke, professional attitude and work ethic, off to a better start than they could've hoped in the first few days.
 
Not sure how truly dialed in Sip is to the hoops program, but I'm choosing to take all of his statements as gospel because I want to.

Frost gets 5 Years at minimum, However I think the Football team will finish 6-6 and I struggle to see 7 wins on that schedule, We dont know Basketballs schedule yet but I feel good about going above 500
