This was my thought as well...not sure if Freshman are included. I could see it go either way with Vonleh or Petteway. Petteway certainly has been a pleasant surprise. If he keeps improving his game and lives in the gym he could be hard to stop the next two years.

I don't think McDermott will be able to use the same philosophy next year as he is this year.....He wont be wanting to run up and down the court as they wont be anywhere near as efficient as they have been thus far this year. It will be interesting to see if he is willing to change. Recruiting his son has seemed to work out okay...he losses him in addition to the remainder of Altman recruits(Wragge, Manigat.) We will see how well he has recruited, from what I have seen out of their reserves they should expect a few rebuilding years. It will be interesting to see how their delusional fanbase takes it after having success this year. I'm sure they arent worried about next year until this year ends(hopefully in the first or second round of the tourny). It's a long ways away but it will be dissapointing if we don't take care of business vs them at home next year. Assuming the Huskers don't have any major injuries or defections we should be favored to win.

Very good points. In retrospect, we played a fairly pedestrian game, yet still won. If/when we really put it together, we could create a bit of chaos going down the stretch. We could have played better....but to shoot 50% against arguably the best defense in the country is pretty impressive IMO.

Yep, and that would be NIT lock territory IMO. More importantly there's about a 40% chance we get to 15-15 or higher, which means 1-1 in the B1G tourney for an almost assured NIT bid. I'm saying there's a chance... If we can win 2 out of the next 3...making the NIT is still doable. Would be awesome if this team got to play in the NIT and build upon that going into the next year.

Yes it will. And it would be an important win! It's PSU but it will be a very tough win but a big one to boot. Win at PSU and we have two games at home we "should" win. This team is proving to be very tough at home. Me likey!

I'm sure they are well aware...but just in case.... literally tweeted Robin, Coach Harriman, Coach Miles, and Coach Smith saying the one big man away is waiting after I saw it go out so if they didnt before they do now. Very nice. Thanks....looks like a good prospect.
