He gave it his all here, and stuck with us for three years.  Wish he could stay one more, but I'm sure he'd like to land at a place where he could potentially start.  Good luck Three-Jay, thanks for the memories.  May every game you play next year be Wisconsin-esque.

This is reminding me of when we played New Mexico State in the NCAA Tourney in ‘93.  We were scoring, Pike had 29.  But NMS was getting whatever they wanted on offense.

My first game was '84 at the Bob.  We played Kansas, and lost in a close one.  I remember nothing about the game other than we were seated in the upper C's, and being awe-inspired as a youth at the size of the BDSC.  It was a full house. 

Unfortunately I only started following them in college, the '90-91 season, and I haven't looked back.  Being in college at the time did allow me the opportunity to play pickup games at the rec center with some of the team.  There was no Hendricks Complex back then, so if the guys wanted to get in some extra practice you might occasionally see guys like Scales,  Eric Johnson, Beau Reid, Carl Hays, Chubick, Strickland and more.  Different times.
