At an Air Force detachment the 607th combat communications squadron at Camp Humphreys (The Hump) in a city call Anjeong-ri about 40 miles directly south of Seoul. Was there for a year when I was 20. Had a blast Would love to make it back there some day to visit.

I was stationed in Korea when the World Cup was held there jointly with Japan. Those fans are INSANE!

I don't know about that. They seem to have an advantage considering the Creighton football team is considerably smaller. Pretty sure their fans don't even cheer for them. I'd bet my life on it that they cheer for a different football team.

BUT: I've found a nice in between this year, I'm going to my first march madness, I'm ponying up for Omaha tix for all the Thursday sessions. And it turns out my dad and brother (who have been at a handful of home games this season too) also got tickets and will be seeing me that weekend at some of the games! This is awesome.

 

I'm only in my 30s but I can relate to a lot of what you've said, Dave + others here. Really excited to jump at the chance to go to a tourney the huskers are in, but I've also never been to the ncaa tourney in person yet. Gonna be fun whoever I see in the Omaha pod.

I went to the 1st round a couple years back when it was in San Diego. I had an absolute blast! Want to say I saw a 5/12 upset (looked it up it Stephen F. Austin vs. VCU). It was so intense! 

Have always been too nervous to watch selection Sunday when Nebraska had a chance. And never paid it any attention otherwise. So a question - Do they start with the 1's and go down or start with he last 4 in and go up? I would assume it's 1's and go down.
