Is that according to Trilly? That guy is brilliant. Waits til a situation is 50/50, makes a guess and relies on the fact that most people will remember the 50% he gets right and not think about the 50% he gets wrong. And gets 40k people to pay him $1/month for it.
Anyway, if that's true I think it'd be a decision Kyle regrets in the future. UCLA has two transfer bigs who played very well at the high major level last year. And have two true freshman bigs who each started 8 games last year. Three of those four players project as future draft picks. Three of them are pretty versatile but won't play the 3 next year as their 1-3 spots are full with five talented guards and wings. So they have nine players currently on the roster who have proven to be productive at the power conference level. Mick Cronin typically plays 7 or 8 guys in his rotation.
Had not seen anything from Trilly. -
Trending towards having 3 Omaha metro products playing in the Big Ten next year and none of the 3 playing at Nebraska.
Kyle trending to UCLA. -
Last game of the year and Dalano is firing away. Currently 0-15 from behind the arc.

Former NBA teammate of Fred Hoiberg with the Pacers Mark Pope.
Pope was also born in Omaha. Did not know that until today.

The official broadcast partner of Creighton athletics. Seems like we have our answer on where he plans to go then, eh?
If he wanted to go on the Creighton show, he'd be announcing sometime between 2 and 6

Will be shocked if he does not end up in Madison with Chucky.

I think we can beat Maryland at Maryland. I think we can sweep Michigan.
I think if I had to rank the remaining road games from best chance for a W to worst chance, it'd go like this:
Michigan, Maryland, Indiana, Northwestern, Ohio St, Illinois.
So, we darn well better win the next one (against Maryland.)
No time like the present to cross the Crisler Center off the list of Big Ten arenas the program hasn’t won in.
Only other one is Mackey- Norm Peterson and Ron Mexico

Utah was often sidelined by UCLA when the tourney was truly geographic. Utah has a proud basketball history. Basketball is important there. Nebraska needs to make Basketball important.
Trev Alberts is not the AD Nebraska needs to make basketball important. Combine Trev in the AD chair with the Peed family having the control they do over NIL, and basketball at Nebraska is not in a great spot.

Would Craig not take this job cuz of Miles?
Edit: No offense to Craig, but if you're Minny and have the pick between the two it's pretty easy.
Possibly. Craig and Niko are both Minnesota natives and they both wanted it bad when Minny hired Ben Johnson. Mark Coyle interviewed Craig for 6 hours and still wound up hiring Ben Johnson.
Utah also moves to the Big 12 next year, so Craig may stay put since he’ll be a Big 12 coach next year. Regardless, the Miles coaching tree will be very involved in a Minnesota search. -
Niko is priority #1 for Minnesota. You just have to hope they produce enough of a season that doesn't warrant firing.
Even so, Niko will be a hot commodity regardless.
Fully expect Craig to make a run at it too. -
The dream coaching carousel scenario.
Craig Smith to Minnesota
Niko Medved to Nebraska
Tim Miles back to Colorado State -

Gotcha. I’m not on there, had just heard that UCLA was trending for Will.
