Could they potentially transfer? Sure. Would Nebraska be a legitimate option for either? Probably not, maybe Traudt but even saying maybe is a stretch. Telling Nebraska fans to "keep an eye" on these two is getting people's hopes up for no reason at all. Only reason for Nebraska fans to keep an eye on either is the fact they're both from here.

Not a ton of overlap between big money football boosters and basketball boosters. ABM basically told basketball they were on their own and some boosters started a small basketball specific collective but it is very very very small. There's a reason you don't see anything that has to do with basketball on the 1890 website.

It's not as much of an indictment on Hoiberg is it is an indictment on the fact that the former all American linebacker AD who was brought in to fire and hire a football coach isn't exactly a basketball guy.

Sam developed his game elsewhere before being able to come home and play in the Big Ten. Treyson Anderson is definitely one to keep an eye on due to his height and athleticism but there needs to be some consistency elsewhere before anybody should be referring to him as a must offer. He averages a double double? Well most people who are 6'10 in Nebraska would do so against some of the competition around here. One to watch, and far from a sure fire thing. Still needs to develop plenty of aspects in his game.
