It appears from the HHCC thread that Ken Pom has us favored by 7. Does anyone know if those predictions factor in injured/unavailable players? Is Mast likely being out or not 100% affecting that number?

1 game really can change a lot. I believe we will also sneak out a win in 1 game that, on paper, we shouldn’t win. I think that win can do a lot more good than a road big ten loss can do bad.

As frustrating and concerning as they first half was, I’ve come away pretty happy from this game. We have lost this game so many times over the last three coaches, and we came away with a win. Juwan is obviously very athletic and has a great wingspan, but it’s his ability to always be in the right place and timing that make him such an incredible rebounder. It’s an absolute game changer when he’s locked in like he was in the second half tonight. All wins are good wins. GBR!

What I’ve heard is that NaeQuan will have immediate eligibility specifically because he graduates the end of this semester. Whether we want him or whether we could get him are other questions entirely.

All wins are good wins. There was no energy in the building today, both from the team and the fans. I’m hopeful that in the future the crowd can provide that energy when the team is playing a little sluggish. It seems to me that BW does not want to ever pass the ball to Keisei. There were a couple games early where Keisei was forcing it a lot, but today he was clearly looking to get others there shot and move the ball. Something has to get figured out here. I’m a little bummed that Lloyd didn’t get to play. I’m curious if he has anything that he can offer the rotation, and he just needs his chance to crack into it, or if he is just not quite ready for this level yet. Jones for CSF can score. I really hope this injury doesn’t linger as I hope they can win a few games this year and help our SOS.
