All in all a doggone good season.  We did make strides, but of course good teams do during the season.  I would hope the coaching staff will think about this game as they recruit moving forward.  Recruiting seems to be on a bit of an uptick for the 2024-25 season so far, but let's try to get another really good player or two out of the portal and really augment this team!  GBR always and forever!!  🌽🏀❤️

It’s about butts in seats and neutral sites for the first two rounds would be pretty poor. 

It was a good season. Hopefully we can get Weidner back and be the guard that will drive to the hoop. like she did pre injuries.
 

We are who we are and I don’t see much change.  The B1G does not have the number of quality athletes that are in the SEC, ACC and PAC 12.  USC and UCLA are teams we have to hope we only see once during conference play.  Britt Prince will give us good size at the point guard and the Hargrove girl should help.  A transfer big would be very helpful.  Hopefully are returnees are hungry to improve.

Unfortunate that a player like Shelley could not perform a little better in the ncaa's so perhaps she would feel a little better as she ends her career here.  I know she's a team player so ultimately she won't look at it that way.  I'm sure the others returning will remember this game and this feeling and it will motivate them moving forward!  GBR!!  🌽🏀

Was thinking the same thing at the half time. All these competitive teams have two or three athletic players at 6-3, 6-4 or more in some cases. 
It's already started, and It's just the way women's basketball is going to be in the future...bigger ...and bigger...and bigger.
 
 

The NCAA needs to get these games at neutral sits like they do for the men. I know that it wouldn't like the men. But these home courts are just a bad idea.
 

OSU has excellent size in every position. We played hard today but not well.  We never got over the intimidation factor of their length.  Fewer turnovers and more shots falling we might have had a chance.  They kept us at arms length the entire game.  Nice game from Coley and Nissley.

Nice season. Now go find some length like we’ve seen in both of these NCAA games. 
That’s what it’ll take to get to the next level. 

Jaz, I just want to simply say thank you. The last 3 seasons have been a pleasure. Thank you so much for representing our university so well on and off the court. ❤️

OSU had at least 10 blocks. Pretty much a huge part of why we were not scoring,
 
But yes, a great season. Next year will be more of the same, but better....lots of wins. Lots of fun. 
 
This one stings but considering everything...the team did great. Proud of them, and to be a HUSKER !
 

Meh, ran into a better team and had to play them on their home court in front of their fans. A tall order. 
Definitely progressed as a program this season compared to where we were a year ago. Offseason starts this week! Let’s build on this, coaches and players!
