The stats are a hit and miss thing. Some games have the host team doing the stats like the regular season. And then you get what we have at Oregon St.

11-19 @ the end of Q1 (wish I could find some game stats worth posting)

If we could shoot it could be a game. (We're going to have to take smarter shots in the paint to overcome the Blocks, like shot fakes)

Corvallis, Ore. - Logan Nissley and Jaz Shelley sank crucial free throws in the final seconds to help Nebraska capture a 61-59 win over Texas A&M in the first round of the NCAA Women;s Basketball Tournament at Gill Coliseum on Friday night.
Nissley's two free throws free throws with 14.7 seconds gave Nebraska the lead back at 60-59 after the Aggies had erased a 17-point second-half deficit to take their second lead of the night at 59-58. Nissley, a 6-0 guard from Bismarck, N.D., led the Huskers with 16 points, including four big three-pointers to help the Huskers build an early lead.
Shelley's free throw with two seconds left pushed the margin to two and a desperation three by Endyia Rogers missed everything as time expired to give Nebraska its first NCAA Tournament win since 2014. The Huskers also gave Coach Amy Williams her first NCAA Tournament victory as a head coach.

A win would be nice especially on their court. But if not I would be happy with our season looking at it as a nice stepping stone to the future. We hit several milestones this year as well.
There are Not Enough 'Up-Votes' to do this sentiment justice @HUD

Really?
I thought the A&M coach was awful. They had an athletic and physical team; but schematicaly did nothing to leverage them....................... Amy never panicked and despite an underwhelming 4th quarter, pulled out the win. This Nebraska coach, who many bash, now has a team, that leverages the entire roster, in the top 32 in the entire country. A team that is now in the top 10% in the country. A team that had, arguably, it's best player in foul trouble within the first 3 minutes, yet prevailed.
I can't give this post enough Up-Votes @Huskerpapa
Here is a brief response to some of the negative comments above:
"I'm not so sure.
We Played pretty well in the Big Ten Tournament against PURDUE, MICHIGAN STATE and MARYLAND; FORCING IOWA to take US to Overtime for the Championship.
I wonder if the 12-day lay-off between Games may have something to do with our play.
Anyway, "

I didn’t know Potts had two fouls. The announcers are poor in covering that information.
Having a good stat feed would help! (IIIC the stats provided by the NIT last season were better)
-
Husker Ladies by SEVEN (27-20) at the Half in a low scoring game.
(Believe this Must be the First Game for the Referees & Officials) -
-
Husker (Ladies) lead by TWO POINTS (14-12) at the end of the First Quarter in a back & forth Game.
Sorry, But I can;t find any Live Game Stats Worth Posting for this Game, so I can't post the usual Quarterly, Halftime (or Final?) Stats.
(Just another reason to get rid of the ineffectual NCAA.)
(Here's a link to the supposed "Live Game Stats" for anyone interested) -

I believe Serius or XM satellite may carry Kent's broadcast of the game, but I don't know the channel (& can't find where I saw it_ Think it might be cnannel 260???, Anyone?
-
Looks like we're Screwed if you want to listen to Kent Pavelka call the game unless you are within range of a radio broadcast or have Sirius etc. Apparently NCAA rules don't allow ANYONE to stream the broadcast over the internet.
