    Numbers don't lie!!

I don’t have a problem with giving Nissley more pt and some starts in the hope that she grows into it, but if you base that decision on numbers she’s shooting 25% and 19% from 3.  Numbers don’t lie indeed.

There is more to basketball than scoring. When she was in the game we were +21.  Means she was doing a lot of things to help her team.

It would be great for rebounding and athleticism if Coley or Moriarty were the 5th but they just haven’t performed or been coached up.  Neither has Krull or Nisseley, but at least the sample size is small for Nisseley.  Hake has the best season numbers but that would give us a very small backcourt.  Maybe that doesn’t matter given how much Williams subs and how much White rebounds for her size.

Would that be the Nisseley that led the team in +\- that has not performed.

watched that one also. no doubt Penn St looks improved. Marisa did her thing, but, i think she has a little weight lifted off of her shoulders.

dang. iowa appears to be a little better than i thought they would. appears their defense may have improved a bit, imo. played some pretty good 'D' at times the other night.

So from reading this forum I can conclude that Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio State, Maryland all good. Minnesota and Penn St greatly improved. So apparently that leaves the Husker fighting for spots 9 thru 14. Is that about right?

Agree taking out our hot effective players because they have reached some sort of minutes mark does hurt us at times. Potts just has a great sense for the game. She will have her freshman moments but do not expect there to be many.

Did you see the number 7220 at the free throw line. That is the elevation of Laramie. Frequent substitution are needed at that altitude if the body is not used to it.

let's just say this ---- NU was mom's choice but Indiana was Britt's.  Guess who won out.  Helicopter mom with 4 rotors.  we'll see how long it lasts.

As strongly as Prince wanted to go Indiana, don't hold your breath. this was NOT the kids decision to make.  Believe it or not? your choice but these things do not always end well.  guess we'll see.

And what is your source for all this inside info.  I heard from a good source that mom wanted Louisville and dad wanted Iowa but Britt wants to play with her good buddy Kennedi.

Denigrate as much as you will.  That Iowa game vs Louisville was a thing of beauty.   I don't see how disparaging Iowa makes us any better.  The way to beat Iowa is to get better than they are.  It has happened.

Iowa is our rival. Real Huskers never root for them.  Go be a Hawkeye.

Hard to see how a Nebraska fan could think a team that we play 2-3 times every year, and directly recruit against, should win a natty.   I'll be for whoever Iowa plays, and that applies every game all year, except perhaps when they play Creighton.

Agreed, never rout for Iowa except against Creighton.

Cue the awful "get rid of the handshake line" takes.

Well here I am.The handshake line is 1 of the dumbest things they do in basketball 90% of the kids don't even look at each other when they shake hands.

Fans want to know.  Those concerned about Sam, would like to know.   Wouldn't you like to know?

And, probably a 'not too subtle' nod to the lack of transparency of this staff.  Example:   How is Trinity Brady doing?  How about Dillard?

If the fans don't know, our next opponents don't know.  Complicates their game planning. She 's hurt.  I wish her well and hope she comes back next game.
