This is based off reports the B1G won’t let FSU or Clemson in because they don’t have AAU. But they aren’t going to kick us out because we lost it.
This is a nothing burger.

I really like Igor Milicic and the versatility he can bring.
William Kyle would be great to take defensive pressure off our bigs who can move around bit.
With those two holes filled I would love to bring in guys who can come in and learn and grow. Ideally play a bit but be future guys who actually want to stick around.
With how Hoiberg has done it, I don’t see us using more than 8… maybe 9 guys and we have about hit that number.
Still think we probably need another shooter but maybe the incoming freshmen fill that void.

So, who do you think might be next?
Very happy with the first 3. None are elite but all help is in an area of need or at least depth.

Woodson can use all the NIL money he wants. Fred coached circles around him though this season.
Most coaches coached circles around him.

Arizona's Oumar Ballo is a MASSIVE human. Hoosier now... wow.
INDIANA must have a ton of NIL money because they are reloading in a big way.

Very interested how this all ends up.
Given some of the rumors feels like they really want Gary to focus on playing at the 3.
Something like
Uhlis/Wooster
Williams/griffiths/Hoiberg
Gary/milicic
Mast/
Morgan/
Oh sure where to pencil the freshman in at and who knows if Wooster/griffiths/milicic happen
Get the feeling Hickman isn’t happening. -
Rutgers isn't too upset over losing GG... It could probably be said that they don't want him here though.
GG Thread
Rutger fans are wayyyyy more toxic than I realized.

I am not concerned about Hoiberg to Kentucky in anyway.
I am slightly nervous about who takes that job and what other spots open up but like others have stated, would be a little nervous with ISU.
Still think Fred wants to make it work here.

We got the mullet.
Now let’s go get the Rec specs and maybe a headband guy and we are set.

Now who will go to Kentucky?
Nate Oats?
Hurley?
Underwood?
This coaching carousel be a moving.

Robin’s comments on Morgan have me skeptical. Says he loved NU and is a fit for basketball and school (Ag). But also says he’s a wild card and family farm is close to U of M, and that he consistently visited family when he was at NDSU. Seems like a toss up, would have felt better if he left Lincoln committed.

Wait, What? Posts are Numbered??? (if so where is it shown?)
But not likely to help since if a tweet is deleted it won't show up in the original post anymore either. (unless you take a picture of the tweet and post it in lieu of a link)
Might just be mobile but yes they are and it was a screenshot so still showing.

I'll predict that we'll get better guys in the portal than those who left.
That’s my thought. A lot of people are freaking out but honestly we lost mainly rotational guys. I like Seth and continuity but I think Hoiberg has discovered how to coach guys on the system.
Wait to see who comes in but no reason we can’t add 3-4 legit dudes and then fill out the roster with depth.

Sucks that guys are leaving but Diop is not much of a production loss, just a loss of future potential.
Bummed on J-law and Rice. I get it with Wilcher. The others are meh.
Curious who gets added if they still want to run an 8-9 guy rotation. A few spots might be filled with “project” guys.

This type of transfer makes me stop and pause as we think about culture fit. Someone who transferred to a team that was in the Top 25 for the majority of the season, started, and led the team
in scoring. What else could he be looking for?
Randy moss can answer that
“STRAIGHT CASH HOMIE”

The fact that Wisconsin was 16-4 and 8-1 in the B1G, and now appear in danger of not being a Q1 win... that's crazy talk. lol
Very curious how the committee treats them.
I think Nebraska and Northwestern deserve to be in.
Michigan state and Wisconsin still seem to be given extra respect when they have worse resumes.
Iowa is interesting as well.

I feel like Fred stopped looking for Uber talented guys like Bryce McGowens and instead looked for guys who played with fire and heart.
He has found that in guys like Gary, mast, Allick, his son, Keisei and sooooo many more. Guys who play with that edge and fire. They don’t care what the box score says, they just want to win.
Don’t love we have to live in the portal but that might just be todays college basketball.

He really woke up when Wilcher was getting some rest.

Kind of curious if fiddler was about to commit to Wisconsin and then heard this… or maybe MSU is making a play for both.
