LeBron played out of his mind in that 2017 Finals series and the Warriors still won it easily in only 5 games. I'd say that was the most impressive title of the current Dub Dynasty.

Oftentimes there is the "other story" behind the published story. It would seem the NCAA is hopelessly behind the 8-ball in handling the recruiting/transfer/NIL environment. If what is now occurring is meant to help the student athlete, it sure seems to be a swing and miss. Me thinks the NCAA as we know it, is a dinosaur that must be reinvisioned and rebuilt.

By not sending NU to Wisconsin on this schedule, the B1G clearly is making sure we can't spoil Davison's 2023 senior day like we spoiled his 2022 senior day. B1G always has Brad's back.

To finish off this thread I would like to acknowledge that the Warriors were the better team this year and Curry deserves to be rated as one of the best NBA players ever. Did I watch any of this year's finals games to its conclusion? Nope, and didn't eat at Applebee's either. I watched the lightning and hail show outside. And the new Jeff Bridges show, "The Old Man", was pretty good too.

Here is an interview with new Asst Coach Jessica Keller on Sports Nighty; about 10 minutes (starting about the 1:22:30 mark through about 1:32:00). The hosts indicated Coach Amy Williams was looking particularly for a good 'cultural' fit with the team, program and coaches. I think they've fit the bill in that regard. The Interview didn't discuss specific duties or delineation of responsibilities, though it may be a little too soon yet, as practice is just starting, and all the players have not returned to Lincoln yet. I get the feeling responsibilities are something of a work in progress.
