BTN has announced a few more Lady Husker games to their January schedule. Sunday 1/10 versus Michigan State 2:00 PM on BTN+ Saturday 1/16 versus Ohio State 4:00 PM on BTN Tuesday 1/19 versus Minnesota 7:00 PM on BTN Monday 1/25 versus Illinois 7:00 PM on BTN

Leigha Brown was all about herself. Not team. Great player not so good teammate.

A very strange post by HuskerMom, on several levels. A person who apparently signed-up solely to make this post (now apparently deleted); And on the eve of the Michigan WBB game. No one is denigrating Leigha Brown; she is a skilled player and many would still like to see her wearing Husker Red! -- Yet it is the Husker coaches and fans who have been 'holding her down' and responsible for her 'moving-on' -- Yet, Michigan, who never offered her out of HS, now sees her true value and is allowing her to attain her full potential If only we had recognized her 'greatness' (and listened to her 'followers' all along) she still might be a Husker. Leigha Brown is a quality player, but I don't think I can say the same about her followers. HuskerMom is hardly 'disinterested;' There is something her post is lacking at the end: (). I am tired of all the Drama. We are being played for Chumps! It's time to 'move-on' from Leigha Brown's 'disinterested' followers.

I feel like this is our motto. How many years have we said something like this. if Cookie plays, If Cope doesn't get hurt, if we didn't lose to CU the last regular season game, if Robert Sallie... the list goes on.

If only we didn’t lose to UMBC (I think we win if Cookie plays) and Texas A&M on a last second three..........What could have been.

What an awesome team that was. Doc took this group of guys to an 18-13 record (8-8 in conference play). Our top 8 were: Cookie Miller - 5’7” Steve Harley - 5’11” Brandon Richardson - 6’0” Paul Velander - 6’2” Sek Henry - 6’3” Ryan Anderson - 6’4” Ade Dagunduro - 6’5” Toney McCray - 6’6” And we were one of the best defensive teams in the country.

That was the 08/09 team made up mostly of guys who had played for Sadler the year before. You can overcome talent with experience and you can overcome experience with talent. That's a big part of why we're most likely going to go consecutive years with single digit win totals.

I haven't said much on this topic but just want to state that I think even though there may have been many smaller reasons she left the big one was that we did not look to be a very good team this year. Michigan has been on the upswing and even though they initially passed on her in recruiting they made sure that they wouldn't pass on her again. Kudo's to our coaching staff for finding her in the weeds and helping her development for 2 years.

We aren't talking about college though...

I checked his game log if you have another source I’d definitely like to compare but it has him going negative 5 of the last 6 games 3 of them in the double digits. I’m just wanting to have a game where we have all three guards being productive, I can’t think of a game yet where that can be said. I could be wrong though.
