And that Storm may allow me to attend way more than just winter break Huskers games!
I recently accepted a Math Instructor position with SCC Beatrice, (hence the Storm) and my partner and I will move to Lincoln in late July!

He comes in just after 12:30 in the video.
He can absolutely run the floor and finish. He's also very long. I suspect his wingspan is over 7'. Had a nice outlet.
Otherwise sort of a mess. Rebounding seems weak. Shotblocking without fouling didn't seem there yet. Setting picks an not understanding how to do it without fouling. He left after playing part of the first period with either 2 or 3 fouls.
Back in at 27:40
Had a nice left-handed drive from the 3pt line though that is his dominant hand. Got a guy to travel with his length. More of the same in terms of weak rebounding and not necessarily understanding what he needs to do.
At the 35:00 mark the coach for the opposing team gets T-ed up twice and then the assistant gets T-ed up twice and they just call the ball game in quarter 2. Some AAU level mickey mouse refereeing there lol.
I'll see if I can flip up some other videos.
I very much understand why we recruited this guy: he has the physical ability to be the rim protecting, fast break running complimentary center that we want. No idea when or if he develops into that. This would be the one guy in the longest time would consider redshirting if we think he's going to improve.
Rolling in the instate kids now. Millard West kid that was committed to Texas A&M just flipped and we got a verbal from Byron Hoods little brother out of Norris.
I think he'll play because he's an excellent, long defender and elite passer. Looks like he'll be good for spot minutes at the 1-3. I think he could be groomed behind Banton as another giant PG. He's 6'6". Check the hudl:

You would thiunk that she does. Her dad was a second draft pick in the NBA, and is/ will be in the Miami hall of fame. So you would think he taught her well.
Not to be a downer, but all this turnover in college athletics has me losing interest. There is no growing and building as a team in high-major basketball. I find myself not even caring when we get a recruit, particularly freshman-to-be. I feel like they’ll be out the door before I know it.
OMG. I think I may have to go to the hospital because something might not "relax" in 4 hours after seeing that!!!
Will have to try to get to a game this year.
