In the continuing saga of where's Walter, we find today that he (allegedly) has signed to play pro ball in Europe now for OIimpi Tbilisi of the Georgian Superleage: ***Disclaimer*** I could find no news other than this tweet from who I can only presume is his agent. Fun fact, Leslee Smith played last season for Olimpi Tbilisi and was apparently one of their top scorers. Maybe he played a role in landing the gig for Walt P?

For those who may wish to purchase season parking for the upcoming basketball season, season parking passes will go on sale tomorrow morning at 9:00 AM CT at the following website (I do not know what the prices will be) - www.parkandgo.org Red Lot 1 sells out quickly so if you want a spot there you'll need to be on line right at 9:00.

Luckily I'm still young enough to be able to handle that extra block walk to the green parking lot....for now....

Alonzo is the only player you need on that lineup. Zo could start for our hoops team and its been like that since the day he walked on campus. Unbelievable athlete and one hell of a basketball player.

Way before he caught lightning in a bottle for a 6 week period. Oh well...another losing season coming up.I love how people downplay the NCAA tournament appearance with the "lightning in a bottle" argument and act as though it didn't count or was a bad thing. Of course it was lightning in a bottle, it resulted in a tourney appearance we won recruiting battles as a result.I've said this before but this needed to be a slow build for Miles. He got lucky with some transfers right away but then the same transfers bit him in the ass the next year. 14-15 was a complete disaster but anybody with eyes could see progression and promise with the freshman class during the 15-16 season. Now here we are heading into 16-17 with Miles' first legit recruiting class (done plugging holes) heading into their sophomore year. He's added more pieces in Roby, Horne, Gill, and Tshimanga (the first legit big man) and now there's plenty of people calling for Miles' head? I very much doubt that this year will be another losing season.
