For those who think Miles is on the hot seat, just a quick reminder...our program has NEVER won an NCAA tourney game. We haven't won a conference title since the 50s or somewhere in that ballpark. I think (and I know most on here agree) that unless this year is a complete disaster, he will, and should, be here for the foreseeable future. He has done wonders we've never seen since the early to mid-90s in recruiting. I'm as frustrated as many when it comes to the last 2 seasons. But at a program like we have that lacks much tradition, I truly believe you let a guy get 8-10 years and see what happens. Like others have said, in one way or another, who are you gonna go out and get that's better than Miles? You aren't stealing any of the bluebloods' coaches. So you're gonna be rolling the dice on an unknown coach. I believe in Miles still, and I say he gets the job done and gets us to at least a Sweet 16 before his time at NU is over!

Well Morrow is jacked, Jacobson is jacked, Watson looks cut and lean but I thought McVeigh looked the least improved of the four so it is interesting you say that. However, I very well could be wrong on McVeigh. This is as close as you'll see McVeigh get that jacked

Well I will move on but the former employee was not Jan Bethea and the player's name I won't disclose. I understand there's a kid involved in the divorce. I've dealt with that many times but have never seen the level of vitriol as in this case. I believe both parties have pretty legitimate issues with the other. Haven't been on in awhile, so I'm reading this ALL for the first time. Feels like someone just took me out back, grabbed half my money, kicked me in the nuts and we called it even...

A couple of things: I've talked with one of Connie's former employees and a current player. The former employee said with Connie it really depends on if you're on her good side or her bad side. If you're on her good side, she treats you well. If you're not on her good side, she's horrid. The current player said she was shocked when she got to Nebraska because Connie was an entirely different coach than she believed from camps and recruiting. She was ready to bolt, but one of her high school coaches talked her into staying. Being in the legal community, I've also followed Connie's divorce as it progresses. It's one of the nastiest divorce battles I've ever seen, and I've seen a lot of them. I've always respected Connie as a coach and person, but these things are concerning to me.

They made a one year extension last year on May 25th. There is no way Leebo is just going to forget that nothing was done this year so either it's an interview with Leebo or else it's a Leebo story that Miles wasn't extended but with Lee filling in the blanks. This way you get the puff quotes. I don't know what every coach in the B1G is signed through, but my first thought was to see what Chambers at Penn State is signed through. Last year he got a 2 year extension through 2019, which is still shorter than what Miles has. He also just signed a big recruiting class. My point is that I don't think this is going to hurt his recruiting, which is the most important thing. This is what it is: Miles is going to sink, swim, or tread in the next 1-2 years and we'll go from there.

Guess I just don't see anyone transferring after this year. This group including Maddie, seems to be playing "together" pretty much, so maybe just 3 for 2017 ?

Anything new on Kissinger ? She seems to have been at several NU games this year. Pretty sure she was here with her parents recently. ******************************** Where are we on the scholarship chart? Do we have 12 or 13 on scholarship this year. Ostrander isn't counted is she (volleyball schooly)? We'll loose Rachel T, Kyndal, and Kalenta....and Ostrander We'll be able to take as many as 4 for 2017....as long as no one else transfers....correct?
