Only read posts from one person here who thought it was a Miles and staff issue. I think there were 2 or 3 dissenting, tops. Boy THAT was dissenting! It's like the 2 or 3 telling AW-III he had to go elsewhere to hear what he wanted to hear here.2 points -
2018 Elijah Weaver Combo Guard

Robin stated on HOL that he sent that out but that it was not a top 8, just an edit of schools hes interested in. Okay, thanks; that sure seemed like a top 8 while browsing... Yeah he contacted Elijah afterwards and thats the response he got back saying it was just an edit but that he had not narrowed down his choices yet.1 point -

Only read posts from one person here who thought it was a Miles and staff issue. Like it was stated there were only a couple on here, but in general in you ever go on to other boards, there were quite a few that arent well versed on the day to day of things like we are here that had their pitchforks ready to go. I think we tend to be a little more educated over here, at times, but just making more of a blanket statement as time goes on. Either way, both camps come out losers in this situation IMO. We are not a better team without AWIII, and it's highly unlikely AWIII is going to find what he's looking for. He's either going to end up at a place like Cuse where his production will go down or end up at a place like Richmond where he will probably put up similar stats to last year. But, in a league and on a team that doesn't get much press or air time. We will never know what really happened as Miles and the staff have moved on. I understand what you mean, but are we really better off (given all the chaos, drama, and baggage) with AWIII on our roster next year than without him? I might have to argue that we would net out any positives that we would have if he ever came back on the roster. If your point was assuming that none of this drama had occurred, then I completely agree with your point. For as much flack AWIII is getting(and deservingly so)...by all accounts, he was a great teammate last year and well liked. Had he come back...I don't think he would have been a cancer...even if he was unhappy for whatever reason. JMO1 point -

2019 JUCO SF Teddy Allen - WNCC - Signed

Horne won't see one minute at 3 this year, barring 4 guys fouling out or something like that. He has some good perimeter skills for a guy his size so that he could make plays against high school players. I don't think he'll be able to drive from the perimeter and do a spin on his way to the basket against college players. Teddy Allen isn't that shifty or quick, but he's fast and he's strong. He'll play 3. They are not the same player, despite some apparent similarities in listed sizes. Not sure it's been mentioned, but Allen also has an offer from West Virginia. That one surprises me. Huggins needs elite athleticism to run his press, and that isn't Allen's strong suit. I think he can be a 15 ppg scorer in the right program, one that spreads the floor well, giving him a chance to get to the basket. And Cincinnati is a good fit because they play a physical style. But I wouldn't have pegged him for W.Va. or Louisville or somebody like that. But that's why my opinions are on here instead of a college coach's office.1 point -

Maybe he will visit and give his verbal soon then we don't have to go 60 pages. But I might just be a dreamer. But you're not the only one! I hope some day you'll join us... Kezo And the Huskers will be No. 1! Wow, just imagine~! I feel like I may have used my "freaking nailed it" comment too soon in this thread. Bravo gentlemen!1 point

So sort of like this, but about moving on instead of down arrows. It's a bit hypocritical to gripe about the peer pressure of being told to "move on" while on the same token demanding anyone who might downvote you having to explain themselves. Actually, I think those two positions are perfectly and absolutely consistent. Look at what I said about the effects of red arrows and what I've said about the effects of peer pressure to "move on." They both stifle discussion. I've been perfectly consistent on that point. So, no, it's not hypocritical at all.-1 points
