Huskerone
Has to be good for the program right? Miles busy again this year during the final four (I believe he was looking for an assistant coach at this time last year). Would like to hear everyone's take. http://journalstar.com/sports/huskers/life-in-the-red/nu-s-miles-to-coach-in-nabc-all-star-game/article_4a19323f-1bb7-5bfb-8d58-b5d854601280.html This post has been promoted to an article
hhcmatt
This one slipped through the cracks here. I wonder who he will be coaching in this one. He just missed coaching Standhardinger by a year.
Huskerpapa
The only negative about coaching in this game is that you had to miss playing in the post season to do so.
AuroranHusker
Miles is the only active coach who has taken teams to the postseason in NCAA Division I, Division II and the NAIA!!

I think the only other coach with a similar resume is Bo Ryan

hhcmatt
Notice the name of his assistant coach. Is that "Chin"? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Thanks...forgot to add that part. Yup, that's Ron "Chin" Coleman

Coleman helped bring in some Chicago talent, including Josh Cunningham, a guy we looked at. Cunningham and 5 other players are leaving the program. I wouldn't connect the dots too much more than Miles is coaching with a guy who personally knows at least one guy we recruited in the past and would definitely look at going forward. 49r
Jeez, It looks like Tim Miles is coaching the Big East all stars there. Over half his roster is from that conference.

Yup, 6 out of 11 on the East roster. Thought it interesting that a Notre Dame player is on the West when ND is in the Atlantic Coast Conference. West players Conaughton of ND, Turner of NC St & Nash of Okie St are the only 3 players from the Power Five leagues on either roster.
