Norm Peterson Posted October 11, 2015 Report Posted October 11, 2015 Seriously, though, I am thrilled beyond description that Horne chose to take another visit on Roby's official weekend. That says something about his level of commitment. And it also says something about Roby's recruiting abilities. Seriously, can Roby do any in-home visits with any centers we're looking at? He's a closer. throwback and Silverbacked1 2 Quote
Daledangdarn Posted October 14, 2015 Report Posted October 14, 2015 Saw these guys in the concession line at the football game, they towered over everybody, also seems like they are already pretty good friends. Silverbacked1 and AuroranHusker 2 Quote
TheKamdyMan Posted October 14, 2015 Report Posted October 14, 2015 seems he and Jeriah are getting a good laugh out of a Nike Nebraska shirt. Spark the debate up again. Quote
Norm Peterson Posted October 14, 2015 Report Posted October 14, 2015 Well, Horne's head only goes up to the skyboxes on the east side. Roby's head goes up to like the third balcony. So, can we assume that Roby is like 15 feet taller than Horne? What do the line drawers have to say? hhcmatt 1 Quote

Sorry to bump my own post. It's just that it was on the tail end of the last page and my point, which I think might have been lost, was that with this signing, we have only a couple of very small pieces left to add to the puzzle that will make this a very formidable roster. Norm Peterson Posted November 13, 2015 Report Posted November 13, 2015 They photo-shopped some pretty buff arms onto that skinny kid's body. He's 6-8, 205#, and arms like that? I don't think those are HIS arms. Quote

I started leaning. Our backboards are really, really low, and I thought I was going to hit my head on the backboard. I cocked my hand back, and it came out. It was going to be a big dunk, but I don’t know – too much excitement, I think.” Silverbacked1 1 Quote
