hhcmatt
Give it 2-3 months before he commits to New Mexico after a visit there.
Norm Peterson
So ... time to unpin the thread and drop the "VC" part. Movin' on.
hhcmatt
So ... time to unpin the thread and drop the "VC" part. Movin' on. Yup. Every door that closes opens a new door. This door allows us to sign a 4 star Power Forward this year (knock on wood) while also inking another kid for 2016 without having to overcommit. Navin R. Johnson
Looks like New Mexico was after him before Harriman ended up there. Brian Rosenthal @HuskerExtraBR 11m11 minutes ago Pinder originally chose #Huskers over Auburn, New Mexico & Saint Mary's. Former #Nebrasketball assistant Chris Harriman now at New Mexico. hhcmatt

AuroranHusker
Best wishes to Keanu Pinder on his eventual commitment to New Mexico. I'd imagine he could do fairly well in the Mountain West...
GATA
I'm a little disappointed because I was excited to see Pinder and Morrow flying around and blocking shots, but I with the staff we have put together, I think we can do better with that scholarship. Red Don
It was 'iffy' Pinder would ever wear a Husker Uniform all along, almost certainly after Harriman left for New Mexico.I do like the recruiting reputation that new Assistant Coach Burno brings to the Huskers. We will have our own recruiting opportunities.

AuroranHusker
I never was sold on this kid. Looking forward to seeing what he can do somewhere else at New Mexico. It was a foregone conclusion that Pinder + Harriman = NM.

hhcmatt
Weird. Some of the guys at the New Mexico board think that maybe this is a sign that Harriman is de-committing as well.

Norm Peterson
Weird. Some of the guys at the New Mexico board think that maybe this is a sign that Harriman is de-committing as well. It might also be because he's just not very good and New Mexico suggested he look for other options. He's averaging less than 10 ppg and 22% from 3. He's only the 5th leading scorer on his own team. That doesn't suggest that he's a top prospect, looking at those numbers. Silverbacked1
hskr4life
Makes you wonder with Harrimans family checking out and moving back here if Chris wants to be closer to home.

He's more of a defensive player...putting up a lot of blocks, etc. Very well could be a thanks but no thanks sort of deal though

Norm Peterson
St. Louis fired their HC today...could be a landing spot for Harriman. Maybe a good post for the Coaching Carousel thread??? I think his point is Pinder might be thinking of following Harriman if Harriman picks up a HC gig. And with his connection to St. Louis, it might be a plausible landing spot.
