I really had to dig for this one, but here's our boy Emmanuel dunking in a game against Everman, TX High.  Watch at the :38 mark.  Splits defenders on a post entry drop step and goes up for the two-handed jam.

 

They said in the clip that he's from the Netherlands.  By way of somewhere else, I'm guessing.  Also says he plays on the same team as Greg Popovich's grandson.
