Theres an article that says he has one brother playing at St. Edwards U and the other at St. Mary's.  No clue on any other relations.

Looks like his dad is the HS coach, with a nice career as a Longhorn BB player and a coach at several venues.  His grandfather is former Minnesota and TCU head football coach Jim Wacker.  Jim had a Nebraska connection as a football coach at Concordia-Seward back in the 60's.

The kid is an all-area performer and is said to be the most fundamentally sound big man in the area.  Given his upbringing, his size, and his performance through his junior year, this looks to be a good fit.

Does he have a commitable offer?   Seems like we have all these offers out and this kid or that kid really likes us but no one has actually committed yet and it makes me wonder if we've told them, "Dude, we love ya, and if we don't land ________, we'd be thrilled to have you as a Husker."

considering NU is probably his best offer I would assume thats the case that is the Plan B or C guy.

With Wacker coming in...and I would not be surprised if he did commit I'm wondering if we are looking for two bigs as opposed to Hammond and one athletic type small forward(Gilmore/Bolden type).  Unless Miles is planning on over signing this year.

We're definitely looking for 2 bigs, Miles stated that was the case a while ago.  However, if someone like Gilmore or Bolden wants to commit I imagine we'll oversign
