A few years ago, the NU volleyball took a trip overseas to play tournament/exhibition games during the spring/summer.  Is this something that the NCAA allows teams to do every so often?  If so, can men's basketball do this too?  I just got to thinking that this year may be a good year to do something like this since there will be a pretty good turnover in starters and would give the kids a chance to play together competitively before the season starts.  TIA.

Yep, and the men's and women's teams have done this in the past.  I believe the men's team went two or three years ago, and are only allowed to go every so often, so it will be another year or two before we can go again.  Would be cool to see them go on a tour of New Zealand...

That would be a great thing for the program to do for Webster.  I know a lot of schools have tried to schedule games close to players homes (if they came from a distance).  I believe Kansas played a game up in North Dakota for Boschee.
